What receives a correction
Material errors in product identity, plan requirements, data handling, source interpretation, ownership, commercial disclosure, calculations, and destination links receive a dated correction note.
What receives an update
Routine vendor changes that do not make prior text materially misleading receive an updated verification date and source review.
