Small Business AI exists to improve buying decisions. It cannot do that by hiding uncertainty or inventing experience.
Primary sources first
Product capabilities, availability, plan requirements, privacy statements, and pricing must come from the vendor's current official documentation. Government and standards guidance should link to the issuing body.
No invented proof
We do not fabricate tests, ratings, user counts, savings, outcomes, certifications, customer quotes, or product access. Research based on documentation is labeled as research.
Material updates
A profile records its verification date. Material plan, product, policy, ownership, or safety changes require source review and a content update before the profile is promoted again.
Human accountability
Every recommendation remains a starting point. The purchaser is responsible for contracts, data decisions, security, legal review, accounting treatment, and final output approval.
